Dexcom G7 is already compatible with the latest Apple iPhones, many popular Android devices, and our teams are working hard to continue to expand smartphone compatibility as quickly as possible. Please confirm that your smart device is compatible with Dexcom G7 prior to ordering at dexcom.com/compatibility.
For those whose smart device is not currently compatible with Dexcom G7, you can still start Dexcom G7 with the newly redesigned G7 receiver that is smaller, with a more vibrant, easier to read display.
The applicator inserts the built-in sensor underneath the skin.
The sensor provides real-time glucose readings up to every 5 minutes without requiring finger pricks*. It may be worn for up to 10 days, plus a 12-hour grace period at the end.
Dexcom G7 users have the option to view their real-time glucose data on a compatible smart phone and/or watch¶.
In order to use to use the Dexcom G7 app, you first need to ensure that it your smartphone's model and operating system is compatible with our app.
The optional receiver is a compatible display device that shows a Dexcom G7 user’s real-time glucose readings. The easy-to-use Dexcom G7 receiver is small, lightweight, and convenient for patients to keep with them.
*If glucose alerts and readings from Dexcom G7 do not match symptoms or expectations, use a blood glucose meter to make diabetes treatment decisions.
