Your Dexcom Store account is different from your Dexcom account, which is used to sign in to Dexcom mobile apps and Dexcom CLARITY. Changes to information in one account will not be reflected in the other. Please note, if you are an NHS funded customer you can manage your contact details and shipment schedules online but if you wish to place an order for your supplies, please contact our Customer Service team
Purchased Dexcom CGM supplies from us before?
Good news, we have likely set up a Dexcom Store account for you. Try logging in with the email address at which you received your last Dexcom order information, and the last password you can recall using with us. We’ll guide you from there. Buying for someone else?
If so, when you set up your account please be sure to indicate the name of the person you are buying for in the User Name fields, as this will appear on invoices. If you are a parent or guardian, you are able to create an account on behalf of someone under the age of majority.
